Your online account gives YOU the power to renew items checked out, manage your holds including seeing your position in line, save your reading history, and so much more.

Logging In

Creating PIN/Password

You do NOT have a PIN/password when you receive your Library card.

To create one:

  1. Click/tap "account" either on the vertical side navigation menu

    at the top of the catalog pages

  2. Enter WHOLE Library card number from your card
  3. Leave PIN/Password BLANK
  4. Click/tap "submit"
  5. Enter either a numeric PIN or a password in the first field and verify it by entering it AGAIN in the second filed

Forgot PIN/Password

Valid Email in Account?
Use the "Forgot your PIN/password? Get a PIN reset email" link on the account log in page

Email will be sent with a link to reset your PIN/password that is valid for 3 hours from the time of your request
No Email in Account?
Ask Library staff for help

User Name

You can create a user name to use in place of your Library card number when authenticating online. It can be used for:

  • logging in to your online account
  • placing holds
  • authenticating to use premium resource databases outside the Library

Help Creating a User Name

User name CANNOT be used to log in to the public computers in the Library.
