The Library will make forms and instructions available once we receive them from the IRS.

You must order employer forms online or buy them at an office supply store. The library does not have employer forms.

Individuals can still obtain paper tax forms with instructions through the mail directly from the IRS:

VITA & TCE - Free Tax help

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free tax help to:

People who generally make $60,000 or less
Persons with disabilities
Limited English speaking taxpayers

who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns.

The Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) program offers free tax help, particularly for those who are 60 years of age and older, specializing in questions about pensions and retirement-related issues unique to seniors.
