The Library software is being upgraded starting at 9:30 a.m. The expected downtime is possibly until 12 p.m. (noon) but will hopefully be less.
The following will NOT be available during the downtime:
- OneSearch
- Classic catalog
- Online account access
- Databases found on Online Resources pages
- eBook or eAudiobook checkout, holds, or signing in to cloudLibrary app
- New Library card issuing or card renewal
- Paying of fees
- Hotspot checkout
- Check in of returned items
- Items returned in book drops will be checked in by staff once the system is back up
The following WILL be available:
- Checking out items at the Library - Hebron & Josey Service Desk or Drive-up Window and Josey Ranch Lake Drive-up Window
- Requires your Carrollton Public Library card
- Photo ID with name matching label on items on hold also necessary to check out holds.
- Reading or playing downloaded eBooks and eAudiobooks
- Public computer use and printing at Hebron & Josey
- Wi-Fi access
- Study Rooms at Hebron & Josey
