The Library server hardware is being upgraded starting at 9 a.m. with an expected downtime of 4-6 hours and a slight potential to take longer

The following will NOT be available during the downtime:

• OneSearch
• Classic catalog
• Online account access
• Databases found on Online Resources pages
• eBook or eAudiobook checkout, holds, or signing in to cloudLibrary app
• New Library card issuing or card renewal
• Paying of fees
• Hotspot checkout
• Check in of returned items
  • Items returned in book drops will be checked in by staff once the system is back up

The following WILL be available:

• Checking out items at the Library
  • Requires your Carrollton Public Library card
  • Photo ID with name matching label on items on hold also necessary to check out holds.
• Reading or playing downloaded eBooks and eAudiobooks
• Public computer use and printing
• Wi-Fi access
• Study Rooms
