Join us for a FREE computer basics class.

Learn:

• Computer hardware and software
• Computer terminology
• How to troubleshoot computer problems
• How to perform a proper shutdown

Use the mouse and become familiar with the keyboard while performing basic computer tasks in a Windows environment, including a brief Google search

What to Bring

• Your valid Carrollton Public Library card
  • Information about getting a Library Card
  • Pay any outstanding fines BEFORE the class to make sure you can participate.
• Flash drive

Audience

For ADULTS

• This class is NOT suitable for children
• Make arrangements for children to be supervised by someone other than library staff, outside of the classroom

Registration

Space is limited and registration is required.

Day of Class

• Class starts promptly at the designated time
• Registrants'seats are ONLY held for 10 minutes after the class start time
• If you do not have a Library card, talk with staff BEFORE class start time about getting a card or Guest Pass
