This is a basic two-hour hands-on introductory Microsoft Word class. Topics include opening and saving a document, selecting data, clip-art, formats, double-spacing, columns, background, spell-check, thesaurus, margins, copy and paste, and printing.

• A current Carrollton library card and a USB flash drive or floppy disk for saving work are required.
• Register in person or call 972-466-4800. There is no online registration.
• Registration begins on November 15.
• Class size is limited to 20 people. Participants may share computers during the class.
