Crosby has a large multi-purpose room with kitchen facilities, upgraded meeting room facilities, locker and restroom areas, a fitness center with state of the art equipment, large game area, enhanced front counter and office areas. The original facility was built in 1963 and was remodeled in 1976 and 2010.
MEMBERSHIPS
Effective Jan. 1, 2025, The City of Carrollton offers two types of memberships to residents and non-residents: All-Access and Limited-Use.
Crosby and Rosemeade Recreation Center memberships are the same price and are honored at both recreation centers. Annual memberships are valid one year from purchase date. Membership is required for each person over 9 years of age. Proof of residency and age is required. City employee memberships require proof of employment with City of Carrollton. Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase.
Non-Residents pay an additional 50% of Carrollton resident fees rounded up to the nearest $1.00.
