The City of Carrollton offers a variety of outdoor rental space within our parks and City facilities. Some locations require advanced reservations while some are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Facilities (Reservations Required)

AMPHITHEATER

The amphitheater is perfect for large group gatherings, concerts, and other performances. Enjoy the fresh air under the stars wile viewing. Bring your own chairs to have comfortable seating.

Key pick-up and return to Crosby Recreation Center (1610 E. Crosby Road).

A.W. PERRY HOMESTEAD MUSEUM GROUNDS
1509 N. Perry Road

At management's discretion, some rentals may require an off-duty police officer to be present at Police Department staffing rates.

The grounds at the Perry Homestead Museum provide a beautiful rustic venue for picnics, weddings, family reunions, and all types of photography from engagement photos to prom pictures.

*Alcohol service requires an additional application.

Want to have an event in Old Historic Downtown Carrollton? The Downtown Gazebo is the place for you. The Gazebo sits right in the middle of the Square surrounded by the historic buildings of Downtown Carrollton. This is the perfect spot to have a small wedding, family reunion, or other small gathering.

Looking for an outdoor space that is out of the sun with plenty of space? This pavilion is located right next to a great playground. Restrooms are onsite. There are also charcoal grills to cook up a great meal. What a great place for birthday parties, family reunions, and picnics!

Alcoholic beverages may be served and consumed during rentals and special events at the Downtown Gazebo, Carrollton Senior Center, Crosby Recreation Center and the A.W. Perry Homestead Museum ONLY.

Alcohol Application must accompany rental application.

Bounce House Guidelines

Bounce houses, food trucks, tents, and other specialty equipment in use at public parks must be registered with Carrollton Parks and Recreation. Please email RecRentals@cityofcarrollton.com to complete a Park Use Permit application. A copy of the rental company's liability insurance should be submitted with the application. Electricity will not be provided by the City. Vehicles are not allowed to drive on our parks. Special equipment must be transported to the preferred location by a dolly or some means other than a motorized vehicle.
