Participants will lean some of the fundamentals including grip, stance, basic forehand, and backhand strokes. In addition, serves, footwork, and game tactics will also be emphasized. Players will be immersed in a fun, supportive, and safe learning environment. All sessions will be taught by a former Paralympic Table Tennis team coach supported by advanced players, as needed. Players will need to bring their own paddles (facility paddles available to borrow), water bottle, and towel. Appropriate athletic attire/footwear should be worn.
