This class is open to all participants regardless of athletic ability or coordination. The 60-minute workout is designed with warm up, aerobic moves followed by a stretching and cool down period. Regular participation offers benefits for your heart, lungs, muscles, and bones. The instructor incorporates basic choreography, ab work, and strength training. This is accomplished without weights or mats. Come ready to have fun, enjoy a variety of music, and feel rejuvenated when you leave.
