    Carrollton Reports Positive Mosquito Trap; Commences Ground Spraying

    Carrollton Animal Services will conduct ground-based spraying in the neighborhood outlined above, weather permitting, today and tomorrow, July 15 and 16, commencing around 10 p.m. until completed. Spraying will not be conducted in the event of wind speeds in excess of 10 mph or inclement weather.

    Carrollton City Hall, Crosby Recreation Center, Rosemeade Recreation Center, Oak Creek Tennis Center, both libraries, and the Senior Center will be closed on Friday, July 4. Trash and recycling pick-up will be collected as normal on regularly scheduled days; there will be no collection delays for the July 4 holiday.
