In an effort to be transparent and accountable to our residents, the City of Carrollton posts check register reports showing payments made by the City. 

  • Check register reports include payment date, business unit, expenditure type, payee and payment amount, and excludes any information that might reveal protected privacy information.

  • The reports are posted on a monthly basis 7 days after each month has ended. (Note: Reports created prior to October 2011 were posted on a quarterly basis.)

  • Data in check register reports is not updated after it is posted.

For more information on a specific check listed, submit an Open Records Request. Requests for a copy of the check and/or details may incur copy and labor costs. Open Records Requests are handled through the City Secretary's Office.
