Doing Business with the City: Register with Ion Wave 

The City of Carrollton uses the Ion Wave online bidding system for the purchase of goods and services.

All interested vendors/suppliers (including existing vendors) must register with Ion Wave to view City bid documents, receive new bid notifications, submit a bid response, and more.

Bid Opening Process 

The bid opening process is open to the public and all vendors that respond are invited to attend either virtually or in person. Questions concerning pricing will not be addressed at the opening.  

The City of Carrollton reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive technicalities at its option when in the best interest of the City. Each bid will have special terms and conditions that pertain to that specific bid.

Bid Notices

New bid opportunities are posted for the FY24 budget year as they become eligible for renewals.

All bid notices are posted both in The Dallas Morning News paper edition and also on their website.
