Permit applications are reviewed in the order that they are received. Plans are reviewed for compliance with all applicable codes and ordinances.

Once construction documents have been reviewed, a set of plan review comments will be sent to the applicant. All items requiring modifications to the plans will be noted, along with fee calculations for applicable fees. All such comments should be addressed, and revised plans with comment responses should be provided exhibiting the changes.

At this time, if needed, you may request a meeting to discuss the plan review comments. This may allow rapid resolution of most issues. An appointment for a meeting may be made by emailing the Plans Examiner who provided the comments.
