Applications are accepted through the CityServe Portal. If you are unable to apply online, you may come in person to apply through our kiosk in the Building Inspection department.

Optional Early Release permits may be obtained in order to begin portions of the construction during the review of and prior to the issuance of the final building permit. Examples include Early Grading, Paving, and Utilities. In some circumstances, an Early Foundation permit may be issued as well.
