Our Permit Technicians process permit applications, collect fees, and verify contractor registrations are current. Most single-trade permits are issued “over the counter”, unless additional information is required for review.

In some instances, early release permits may be obtained in order to begin portions of the construction during the review of and prior to the issuance of the final building permit. Examples include Grading, Paving, Utilities, and Foundation permits.
