    Normal Trash Service Has Resumed

    Waste Management has resumed normal trash service, and will be picking up what they can along regular routes. There may be areas where items are frozen into ice, steep slopes or blocked streets where pickup is not possible. Those whose items were unable to be collected last week due to icy conditions will be picked up on the next regularly scheduled collection day.

    For the past two days, Verizon has been experiencing sporadic issues with cell phone calls. Calls to cell phones or from cell phones may receive a busy signal or message stating that all circuits are busy. They are working to resolve the issues. This issue was affecting the Carrollton area as well as city phones.
