The Neighborhood Advisory Commission and the City of Carrollton cordially invite you to the 11th Annual Citizens' Evening at City Hall. 

Mayor Kevin Falconer will present the annual State of the City Address, and the event will showcase citizen participation as well as ways to strengthen the neighborhood/community partnerships in the City.

The event will also give citizens a chance to mingle with City officials, visit City department information booths, and meet the Neighborhood Advisory Commission.
