The special meeting will begin at 5:15 pm in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, 1945 E. Jackson Road, Carrollton, Texas 75006. The public is invited to attend all City Council meetings. Minutes of meetings become available after City Council adopts them, usually at subsequent meetings.
