The NAC meets on the second Thursday of the month as needed, with occasional special meetings, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 1945 E. Jackson Rd. These meetings are open to the public. For more information on meeting dates, please contact the Community Development Office at 972-466-4299.

The Commission is composed of nine citizens who reside in three different zones of the city. Each commissioner can serve up to three consecutive two-year terms.
