Carrollton has many strong and active neighborhood organizations. These organizations, along with their partnerships with schools, businesses, religious institutions, community organizations, and the city help make Carrollton what it is today. The city encourages communication, partnership and understanding among these groups.

Below are some resources for the neighborhood organizations and information on how to register or renew registrations with the Community Development Office.

Interested in starting a neighborhood organization? Does your organization wish to create a newsletter or web site? Neighborhood resources can provide an abundance of information, ranging from by-laws to finance, crime watch to recruitment.

Neighborhood Handbook

The handbook provides information on how to start up and maintain a Neighborhood Association or HOA.  The advice and tips in the Handbook are as pertinent for new associations just starting out as to HOA's and Neighborhood Groups that have been active for years.
