Receive up to $7,500 in Exterior Repairs

The City of Carrollton’s Neighborhood Empowerment Zone Minor Home Repair Program (NEZ MHRP) is funded by City General Funds. The program is designed to improve the sustainability of Carrollton and make the homes of those needing assistance safer and healthier.

NEZ MHRP provides assistance to low-income homeowners to make City code violation repairs when the owner-occupant lacks sufficient resources of their own. Through this program, qualified homeowners can get assistance with repairs up to $7,500.
