General Information

• Accessory buildings larger than 120 square feet in area require a permit.
• Accessory buildings are limited to 15' in height, measured from grade to the average height of the highest roof surface.
• Accessory buildings shall not have a utility meter separate from the main building.
• A maximum of one accessory building (not a detached garage) and one detached garage shall be
  permitted per lot or adjoining lots under a single ownership.

An inspection needs to be scheduled upon completion of work.
