You MUST bring child's immunization record. No appointment needed. Child must be accompanied by parent or guardian and must be "Vaccine for Children" eligible.

Child is eligible if he/she is:

• an American Indian or Alaskan Native
• has no insurance
• has insurance that does not cover vaccine or has CHIP or Medicaid.

If you have insurance that covers vaccines, you are not eligible for these services. In collaboration with the Caring for Children Foundation Care Van Program.
