Deaf Action Center presents: STAP
(Specialized Telecommunications Assistance Program)

This program is free of charge and will help anyone who is hard of hearing, deaf, vision impaired, speech impaired or mobility impaired. Jim and Ester will explain the program and will help you fill out an application for a phone. You must sign up at the front desk to attend this program.
