The Steve Mayberry Memorial Cookoff is a two-day barbecue cook-off event. Cooks are invited to enter their best chicken, ribs, brisket and steak for a chance to win one of several category prizes. The cook-off is sanctioned by the International Barbeque Cookers Association (IBCA), one of the leading organizations for competition barbecue in the country.

The event will also include barbecue sandwiches for sale, a silent auction, music and more. Along with honoring Mayberry’s memory, the event will also serve to raise funds for Fight Colorectal Cancer, a leading national advocacy group for this cause.
