After discussing with staff weather and roadway conditions expected for Thursday, Feb. 3, the Chair of the Planning & Zoning Commission (Kristen Taylor) decided it would be prudent to postpone the meeting of the Commission scheduled for Thursday, February 3, 2011.

The new date for the February meeting will be Thursday, February 17, 2011. This is the third Thursday of the month.

The briefing will start at 5:45 p.m., and the regular meeting will start at 7:00 p.m.

The agenda will carry over without change (other than the date of the P&Z meeting and the expected date of the Council meeting).
