Guest Speaker: Leonard Keesee, RN, LCDC, Green Oaks Hospital
Watching a family member struggle with issues of substance abuse can be emotionally, physically and financially draining. As we look for ways to help, the path is not always clear. Our loved one may not feel that they want our help or that there is a problem. What kind of treatment programs are available? Where are they? If my family member enters the program, how long will they be in the hospital? And what happens after they come home? These questions and more will be addressed in this Open Class on substance abuse treatment for teens and adults.
Registration is limited to the first 100 persons who register. If you are coming as a couple, please indicate the number attending so that we can accommodate attendees. We ask that parents attend without their children and teens. Register through Pamela Dickinson-Noris, pamela.dickinson-noris@cityofcarrollton.com or at 972-466-3158.
