The fireworks display will be held over Josey Ranch Lake (1700 Keller Springs Road).

Should the ever-changing Texas weather present a problem, a rainout date of Friday, July 5 at 9:30 p.m. has been scheduled.  Follow the City’s social media channels here or watch the City’s website for updates. 

Keep pets indoors to minimize a stressful reaction to the sudden sights, sounds, and smells of fireworks. In case of escape, make sure pets are wearing a collar with an identification tag, are microchipped, and are registered with the City. 

Carrollton Fire Rescue reminds citizens that it is illegal to possess, manufacture, store, sell, handle, or discharge fireworks within Carrollton City limits.

While all fireworks are illegal for citizens to use, Class C consumer fireworks include most over-the-counter items such as bottle rockets, roman candles, sparklers, spinners, and sparkle fountains.
