Fitness Friday

For Ages 50+

Join us in the Texas Room for Fitness Friday! Instructor Tom Noune will lead a full-body workout that can be done with or without a chair. workouts will utilize free-weights, stretch bands, and other equipment. Tom specializes in resustance training, primarily with baby boomers and seniors.

$15/resident; $16.50/non-resident for 5 classes in September.

Drop-in fee: $3/resident; 3.50/non-resident
