The P&Z briefing will begin at 6:30 pm in the Council Briefing room located on the second floor of city hall. The regular meeting begins at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers also located on the second floor. Both are inside City Hall located at 1945 E. Jackson Rd. Carrollton 75006.
