April Monthly Luncheon Menu: Over roasted, glazed spiral-cut ham, yellow squash casserole, sauteed peas, with pearl onions in a buttery herb sauce, dinner roll, and banana cream pudding. Vegetarian Option: substitute the meat portion of the meal for warm roasted vegetable terrine.
