Effective Monday, September 13, 2010, new office hours for Municipal Court, City Hall (including Utility Customer Billing, Environmental Services, Building Inspection, Workforce Services, Fire Administration, Central Service Center and City Management); and the Carrollton Police Department (including Police Records, Property & Evidence and Police Administration) will be Monday through Thursday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm and Friday 7:30-11:30am.
