The City of Carrollton will hold a runoff election for Council Place 5 and Council Place 7. Early voting for the Runoff Election will be conducted Tuesday, May 24, through Tuesday, June 1. Voting locations will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31. Election Day for the Runoff will be held on Saturday, June 5.
