Healthy Habits Challenge Begins!

Celebrate National Physical Fitness & Sports Month this May with the Healthy Habits Challenge. This event is open to kids through adults.

Develop wellness routines that will last, and compete for prizes!

  1. Pick up a Challenge sheet or print one from here:
  2. Complete at least 12 of the Healthy Habits activities
  3. Turn in your entry form by May 30 to be entered to win a prize!
