The City of Carrollton and the Neighborhood Advisory Commission cordially invite you to the 13th annual Citizens' Evening at the Carrollton Senior Center, Texas Ballroom.
The event will give citizens a chance to mingle with City departments and officials, members of the Neighborhood Advisory Commission, and various social service organizations within the community.
The event agenda includes the presentation of the Carrollton Volunteer Awards, which recognize outstanding individuals and organizations who have gone above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to the Carrollton community in 2019.
Mayor Kevin Falconer will present the annual State of the City address at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.
