The Old Downtown Plaza Arts Center and the City of Carrollton, have the privilege of hosting the U.S. Qualifier to the Elvis Tribute Artist World Cup Competition and Festival, April 23-25. This competition is expected to draw tribute artists from all across the United States. The winner will receive an expense paid trip to the World Cup competition in Cardiff Wales, July 4, and will compete against sixteen other countries for the title.

Festival activities include kick-off concert with Kraig Parker, preliminary round and final competitions, kids Elvis contest, Pricilla look-a-like contest, Hound Dog pet contest, food and merchandise vendors, amateur Elvis contest, gospel show and much more.
