The annual Pooch Pool Party will take place Saturday, September 10 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Rosemeade Rainforest Aquatic Complex (1334 E. Rosemeade Parkway). Bring your dog out for swimming and some friendly competition. Prizes awarded for Best Swimsuit, Best Dog ‘N Owner Look-alike, and Pool Toy Retrieval. The Texas Coalition for Animal Protection will be on-site from 11a-1p. offering $5 vaccinations.

Admission is $3 per dog; there is no charge for humans. Owners must show proof of their dog’s current rabies vaccinations and pet registration. Carrollton Animal Services will be offering pet registration at the event $5 (if spayed/neutered) $20 (if not). The Carrollton Pet Photo Calendars will be available for purchase for $10.
