Introduction: This Council appointed board meets every other month on the fourth Monday, except for December when they meet on the first Monday.

The meeting is normally held at Crosby Recreation Center but the July meeting will be held at the Senior Center.

Meetings are scheduled in February, April, June, August, October, and December.
