Carrollton will take on the Farmers Branch Mustangs at the McInnish Sports Complex during the Steve Mayberry Memorial Cook-off event on Saturday, September 26 at 11:30 a.m. Admission to the game is free and everyone is invited to watch.

Vintage base ball (yes, it was originally two words) is played by many communities across Texas and the country, and Carrollton is proud to have its own team, the Carrollton Elite. Organized by the A. W. Perry Homestead Museum, the name and uniforms come directly from Carrollton's 1910s team. Enjoy a great game and learn a little baseball history. Huzzah!
