The City of Carrollton General Election for City Council Places 1,3,5, and 7 will be held Saturday, May 9.

Informational packets for prospective candidates are available in the City Secretary's Office located on the second floor of City Hall. Packets can be picked up during business hours Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 - 11:30 a.m.

The filing period begins January 28 through February 27. Applications will be accepted by the City Secretary's Office during City Hall's business hours (Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. -5:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.). On the last day of filing (Februrary 27), the City Secretary will be in the office to accept applications until 5:00 p.m. Visit the Elections page for updates and additional information.
