Crash Reports:

The City of Carrollton will no longer fulfill requests for copies of state reportable crash
reports. You may obtain a copy of a Texas Peace Officer's Crash Report (CR-3) (regular or certified) by using the Texas Department of Transportation Crash Report Online Purchase System. Customers using the online system receive their report(s) immediately if the report is available for purchase. To obtain copies of crash reports, please contact the Texas Department of Transportation at

There is a minimal surcharge for using this system that is paid to the Texas Department of Transportation when you order a copy of a crash report. 

REPORTS:

Offense Reports: Public copy with basic information only. Available at the Records Department at no charge. Full copy with narrative must be requested HERE.

Arrest Reports: Public copy with basic information only. Available at the Records Department at no charge. Full copy with narrative must be requested HERE.

All official open records requests under the Texas Public Information Act are handled through the City Secretary's Office
