What browser and settings do I need to search OneSearch or the catalog/access my account online/use databases from home?

Supported browsers are the two (2) most recent publicly released versions of:

If you have difficulties staying logged in while accessing your account or getting in to a research database from home, try adjusting the following settings, starting from the top:

  • enable cookies
  • enable Javascript
  • set your browser security settings to Medium or Medium-low
  • disable or reset Internet Explorer's Content Advisor
  • remove any Spyware or Adware on your computer
  • disable your personal firewall
