Highlights

Before you reserve a meeting room, please know that:

• you must be a Carrollton resident
• you must be 21 years of age
• you must have a valid Carrollton Public Library card
• there is a fee to rent most rooms at the library
• rental agreement is not valid until all fees are paid
• rooms may be booked in person with cash, check, or a credit card OR online only with certain credit cards
• you must cancel as soon as possible, but at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund

Booking Online

• Requires an e-mail address in your RecTrac account used for booking meeting rooms
• Requires a user name and password that is different from your library account
• Uses the same password to book a meeting room that you use to register for Parks & Recreation classes online
• Accepts only MasterCard or Visa credit cards for payment

If you have booked a Library meeting room but never registered online for a Parks & Recreation Class:

• Ask staff at the Information Desk to e-mail your user name and password to you

If this is your first-time booking a Library meeting room and you never registered online for a Parks & Recreation Class:

1. At the top of the page, click the "Book a Room Online" button
2. Follow the directions under NEW ONLINE USER to create an account online

It is highly recommended you read the entire Meeting Room Reservation Policy on page 2 of the Meeting Room Application Form to see if the rooms will meet your needs BEFORE you make a reservation.
