These areas are the basis for our Organizational Development mission statement:

“To invest in and recognize our most valuable assets by providing City employees at all levels with the type of training and career development opportunities needed to ensure their ability to succeed at their jobs while exemplifying those character traits which comprise The Carrollton Difference.”

As you can see, there really is a lot more to Organizational Development than just Training. We are here to help maximize the potential of individuals, teams and our entire organization. Together, we can do it!

The City of Carrollton Animal Services Division of the Environmental Services Department has been declared substantially competitive, a distinction given to city departments that deliver high quality services at the lowest cost to Carrollton residents.
The City of Carrollton’s fleet service provider, Centerra Integrated Services, recently awarded the 2014 Employee of the Year honor to Anthony Jasso for his work as a Parts and Service Coordinator here in Carrollton, a position that oversees more than 500 fleet units.
