Organizational Development Trainer

Here at the City of Carrollton, Organizational Development encompasses each of the following areas:

  • Employee Training
  • Employee Recognition
  • Employee Career Development
  • Management Analysis
  • Student Internship/Mentorship

These areas are the basis for our Organizational Development mission statement:

“To invest in and recognize our most valuable assets by providing City employees at all levels with the type of training and career development opportunities needed to ensure their ability to succeed at their jobs while exemplifying those character traits which comprise The Carrollton Difference.”

As you can see, there really is a lot more to Organizational Development than just Training. We are here to help maximize the potential of individuals, teams and our entire organization. Together, we can do it!

Carrollton is excited to continue its volunteer recognition program! Submit your nominations by May 27.
