Street Light Repair

To report a street light for repair, contact the electric company to whom you pay your electric bill.
If you pay your bill to Oncor (TXU) call 1-888-313-4747 or report an outage online at   http://www.oncor.com/EN/Pages/Report-Streetlight-Issues.aspx.

If you pay your electric bill to Co-Serve, call 1-800-274-4014 or report online at http://www.coserv.com/ContactUs/tabid/62/Default.aspx 

The City of Carrollton does not repair all street lights.

Exceptions - the City does maintain all the street lights at the following locations:

• Belt Line Road between Milam Way and Maryland
• Along Josey Lane between Pearl/Walnut and Fyke Road
• Old Denton Road from Hebron Parkway south to Frankford Road
• The I-35 corridor from the South City Limits to the North City Limits
