Plan Review Process

Plans submitted for permits are reviewed for compliance with all applicable City codes and ordinances. This includes the following:

Accessibilty
Building Code
Fire Code
Landscaping
Subdivision Plat

Zoning
Food Handling
Pollution Control
Driveways
Paving & Street Improvements

Parking
Traffic Control
Traffic Visibility
Drainage
Utilities

The review will follow the plan review process fow chart. Plans will be reviewed in the order that they are received, with comments returned within 15 business days (in most cases). Project submittals that include a completed Commercial Project Workbook will be reviewed in 10 business days.
