The City of Carrollton has a program that permits neighborhood associations to apply for installation of neighborhood identification signs in their respected neighborhoods.
These guidelines detail the requirements and procedures for sign design/approval, sign purchasing/fabrication and sign installation. Your association will be responsible for purchasing the signs from a company of your choice. Public Works approves the sign design only if it complies with all the requirements listed in the guidelines and installs the signs once they have been approved, purchased by your association and delivered to the City of Carrollton.
Please follow the guidelines carefully to ensure that your sign has been approved for installation before ordering and purchasing the signs. For additional information, please contact the Public Works Traffic Operations Division at 972-466-9872.
Your neighborhood identification signs may be purchased from a sign fabrication company of your choice. Listed below are several local companies from the phone directory that may produce and sell signs. You may contact one of these companies or any other company of your choice that can produce signs which meet the design specifications.
