Applications for permits may be made at the Building Inspection Department at 1945 E. Jackson Rd. A plan review deposit of $125 is required at the time of application. New applications for commercial construction should be made on the Commercial Application.
In some instances, fast-track permits may be obtained in order to begin portions of the construction during the review of and prior to the issuance of the final building permit. Examples of these are: Site Grading permits, both Flood Plain and Non-Flood Plain , Site Utilities (and/or Paving) and Foundation permits.
