Remodeled in a $2.9 million bond project, Crosby now has a large multi-purpose room with kitchen facilities, upgraded meeting room facilities, updated locker and restroom areas, new fitness center with completely upgraded equipment, enlarged game area, enhanced front counter and office areas. Crosby and Rosemeade Recreation Center memberships are the same price and are honored at both centers. Membership information. Registration Form. Waiver.
Individual Memberships: Annual memberships are valid one year from purchase date. One membership is required for each person over 9 years of age. Proof of residency and age is required. City employee memberships require proof of employment with City of Carrollton. Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase.
