Remodeled in a $2.9 million bond project, Crosby now has a large multi-purpose room with kitchen facilities, upgraded meeting room facilities, updated locker and restroom areas, new fitness center with completely upgraded equipment, enlarged game area, enhanced front counter and office areas. Memberships

Crosby and Rosemeade Recreation Center memberships are the same price and are honored at both centers. Membership information. Registration Form. Waiver.

Individual Memberships: Annual memberships are valid one year from purchase date. One membership is required for each person over 9 years of age. Proof of residency and age is required. City employee memberships require proof of employment with City of Carrollton. Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase.

During the month of June, Carrollton residents are invited to visit Dallas and Denton County historic sites with a Carrollton connection; Carrollton has its history featured in the exhibits and collections of area museums. Explore Carrollton and surrounding cities, and receive special incentives as Carrollton residents in celebration of the Centennial year.
The City of Carrollton Parks Department has partnered with The Gloria Hicks Movement, Inc., a local non-profit who will be coordinating food service.
Celebrate summer in the pool. Pre-season swimming hours begin Saturday, May 25 at Carrollton’s Rosemeade Rainforest Aquatic Complex.
