Remodeled in a $2.9 million bond project, Crosby now has a large multi-purpose room with kitchen facilities, upgraded meeting room facilities, updated locker and restroom areas, new fitness center with completely upgraded equipment, enlarged game area, enhanced front counter and office areas. Memberships

Crosby and Rosemeade Recreation Center memberships are the same price and are honored at both centers. Membership information. Registration Form. Waiver.

Individual Memberships: Annual memberships are valid one year from purchase date. One membership is required for each person over 9 years of age. Proof of residency and age is required. City employee memberships require proof of employment with City of Carrollton. Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase.

Enjoy bluebonnets and wildflowers at the A. W. Perry Homestead Museum (1509 N. Perry Road) on Saturday, April 26 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the beautiful 10 acre setting at Pearl Perry Gravley Park.
The event will include a ribbon cutting at Jimmy Porter Park and a community picnic in the park with free hot dogs, City information booths, and a chance to mingle with Carrollton’s elected officials, all to celebrate the accomplishments of the Hill ‘N Dale NOTICE Program.
Construction on the brand new, state-of-the-art playground at Mary Heads Carter Park (2320 Heads Lane) is almost complete, and City officials will formally open the area with a ribbon cutting ceremony at noon on Saturday, April 26.
Counties from across North Texas join together again to educate residents about deterring mosquito activity. The City of Carrollton is encouraging residents to take preventative actions to defend themselves against mosquitos who may carry the West Nile Virus.
The City of Carrollton will hold a General Election on May 10 for Mayor and At-Large Places 2, 4, and 6. Applications for ballot by mail are now available. For early voting dates and locations, visit cityofcarrollton.com/elections.
